The Fine Print
Free Consultation: First 1 hour free. £50/hr thereafter.
External Cases: If Step 1 is not conducted by us, the free consultation does not apply. A fixed fee of £185 applies for a 1-hour slot. Any additional hours thereafter are charged at £50 per hour.
Property Management: If property is given to us for management, a discount applies on a discretionary basis.
Case Prep & Court Filing
Includes preparation of files, court filing after notice expires, and representation at one hearing with our advocate.
Pricing depends on the complexity of the case.
Note: If an additional hearing is required, additional charges would apply.
Eviction Enforcement
Note that: All possession cases start in the County Court by default. Transfer to the High Court depends on the judge's discretion. If a transfer to the High Court is approved by the judge, an additional fee for the transfer would apply.
